It will put you in the mood by making you discover all the subtleties of Capbreton Surf and Sup spots in complete safety from 6 years old for surfing and 10 years old for Stand Up Paddle.

KiteSurf
From the discovery of kite surfing to improvement, our school offers group or private lessons.
Through a differentiated pedagogy, everything is in place to help you progress at your own pace and in complete safety. Beginner courses do not require any prerequisites.
The progression will be easier if you have already piloted a kite or if you practice a board sport (snowboarding, surfing, wakeboarding, windsurfing…).
WakePark
EXO64 on Lac de Sames (Pyrénées Atlantiques) is 30km east of Bayonne and 45km west of Orthez. This leisure center is entirely dedicated to the practice of water skiing, wakeboarding and their derivatives. Part of the 13-hectare body of water is equipped with a ski lift with modules. Various formulas are available to initiate or improve your skills (from 7 years old). You will also find on the site: supervised swimming with water games.
Electric Fat Bike
The electric fat bike will allow you to roam the wild beaches of the moors which offer large spaces to discover the coastline at the water's edge. The municipalities of Capbreton, Hossegor and Seignosse have wide cycle paths for getting around in complete safety. We will show you the most pleasant routes and circuits between land and sea, sheltered from traffic.
Golf

Designed by Arnaud Massy and John Morrison in 1927, the Hossegor Golf was created in the middle of a forest of pines and cork oaks, on sandy soil sheltered from the winds. With a typically British layout refined by Cabell Robinson, Hossegor is listed as one of the thousand best golf courses in the world by the Rolex Book. Our course plays host to major tournaments and welcomes visitors all year round.

Her desire to help others and her sensitivity allows her to adapt sessions and develop her creativity. She likes pushing people's limits, showing them how to handle stress and teaching them to get to know themselves as unique people, with different perspectives on situations.
Yoga with Ilaria

Passionate about yoga for 8 years, I discovered the benefits of this practice in the Live Yoga and Svaha Yoga studios in Amsterdam. Yoga has always represented for me a fundamental balance between body, soul and spirit. Year after year, it has become an integral part of my lifestyle until it becomes my profession. It was in 2018 that I trained in the art of teaching yoga in India. In an ashram in the state of Goa, I was fortunate to be a student of true masters like Ashok Kumar, Talmyn Cohen, Shubham N Dhumal, kasia, Konti Aliens and Durgesh. For my personal well-being I have also participated in yoga retreats in Thailand, with the wonderful Pook Karon and in Indonesia at the Serenity Yoga center in Canggu.

Atlantic Park is located in Seignosse Le Penon (40510), by the beach, 3 km from Lake Hossegor.

The Sud Landes Glisse Tractée school, located in the port of Capbreton, offers a wide range of nautical activities to discover alone, with friends or with family. Towed Buoy, Flyfish, Towed Foil, Water Skiing, Wakeboarding or Wakesurfing: you can get your fill of thrills while being supervised by a state-certified instructor. Smile and adrenaline guaranteed when you get back to work!

~ Plage des Océanides
The spot says "VVF" sometimes epic when the conditions are right. Spot often frequented by pros, it is not recommended for beginners.

~ Plage de La Piste
A "worldclass" spot that can send epic hits. To be reserved for experienced surfers.

~ Plage de la Savane
Spot of "Santocha" in reference to the historic club installed in Capbreton since 1975. Very frequented by beginners and schools, beware of collisions. This spot can produce a nice straight line along the rocky spit.

~ Plage du Prévent
Referring to the old preventorium, this is the spot in front of the CERS (European Center for Sports Rehabilitation). A sheltered spot, it works when the exposed spots reach saturation point. Because of this, it attracts a crowd. Ideal for beginners.

~ Plage Centrale
It needs great conditions for it to work, so especially in winter. It has the advantage of being relatively protected from the NW wind. Beginners will appreciate.

​
Ephemeral sandbanks can call beautiful waves at the central beach. The bar can be difficult to pass. Beware of sometimes violent currents.
HOSSEGOR

~ Plage Sud
This is the last sheltered spot on the coast. The sometimes violent current can get in the way and the benches are not always well wedged.

~ La Nord
Reserved for experts! The wave does not run below 2 meters and breaks offshore.
​
~ La Gravière
Beginners refrain. The wave breaks very quickly, at the edge, in very little water. It offers a hit to those who know how to tame it.

~ Les Culs Nus
This is the spot located at the naturist beach. Sometimes magical when the sandbanks want it.

SEIGNOSSE

~ Les Estagnots
A very popular spot, the scene of many competitions. Spot frequented by experienced surfers when the conditions are right.

~ Les Bourdaines
A spot that moves with the sandbanks, which rarely works above 2 meters of swell. Frequented by surf schools.
​
~ Le Penon
A nice wave can break at the main beach. Can't stand the west wind and a messy swell. Always people in the water.

~ L’Agréou
The last spot north of the urbanized part of Seignosse Plage. All the conditions must be met (bench, wind, tide) for everything to be set.

~ Les Casernes
An isolated spot which however attracts the crowd of travelers. Benches settle for a few weeks before disappearing after a storm. A spot that can reveal good surprises.
